The original Focused Performance Blog started off with me as a for-profit consultant talking to the world. The for-profit went away a few years ago, but I've kept posting to keep my mind alive.
I also started and continue to moderate/own the Critical Chain Yahoo Group, a vibrant 1000+ member email-based discussion about project managment and theory of contraints (and pretty much any other topic related to those two). I own it and moderate it, but don't really find email the best channel for such discussion.
I have lurked on the Critical Chain Yahoo Group and your blog for a long time. What you talk about really resonates with me. I am excited to have an opportunity to join in a community with you. Thanks for starting this up.
Frank,
I too have read many of your articles and I like the idea of this community. However it seems to be laking in activity. Is this community still a living one? What can we do to really get it moving? How can I help?
